Grade 9 runs in two modes at once: the new curriculum and preparation for the OGE — Russia’s state exam after grade 9 — which tests everything from grade 5 on. Hence the feeling of overload: you have to study forward and backward at the same time.
Scope of preparation
Progressions, vectors and coordinates are added — analytic geometry brings 47 solution methods right away. Trigonometry appears for the first time, so far only in the right triangle.
The numbers are counted across the topics available in grade 9: the year’s curriculum plus everything it builds on. A solution method can belong to several sections at once, so the section values should not be added up into a total.

21 topics are introduced in grade 9 itself. Each one builds on what came before — that is why the count above shows 433 solution methods: it also includes the necessary foundation from earlier years.

The grade 9 curriculum is only part of the exam. The OGE also tests what was covered earlier, so preparation follows a separate route: by exam task number, not by textbook chapter.

Lessons, exercises and the tutor’s explanations on the platform are in Russian and follow the Russian school curriculum. The platform interface is available in English.
The curriculum is progressions, the quadratic function, vectors and coordinates — that is, what’s new this year. The OGE tests everything from grade 5 on, and most of the preparation goes not into new material but into what was never understood earlier. So these are two different routes, even though the math is the same.
With a knowledge check. It is done once and, instead of a grade, shows a list of topics that still have gaps — including those left over from earlier years. The plan is then built around them.
Go back to it rather than move on. Topics are connected: the next one can’t be mastered until the previous one is. The platform finds the earliest topic that still has a gap and starts from there, not from the current textbook section.
One lesson is about ten minutes. On a regular day, one or two are enough. There’s no rigid schedule: the plan adapts to what has already been covered.
For some it will, for others it won’t. The platform covers what a tutor usually doesn’t have enough hours for: it looks for the cause of the mistake, keeps the topics in order and explains the same thing as many times as needed. If having a real person alongside matters to the student, one doesn’t get in the way of the other.
If the accounts are linked — sessions, completed topics and progress through the plan. There are no grades or reports of failures there.
